Ingredients
- 227g Summer Fresh Baba Ghanouj
- 2 pieces of naan brea
- 2 oz feta, crumbled
- 1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
Directions
- Spread Baba Ghanou on one side of each piece of naan bread. Sprinkle crumbled feta and cilantro on each piece.
- Place to pieces of naan together to form a closed sandwich. Cook on grill or BBQ for about 2-3 minutes per side until cheese becomes soft.
- Remove from grill and let cool for 2 – 3 minutes. Cut naan sandwich with a pizza cutter or knife into triangles like pizza.
Serves 2. Enjoy!
