Grilled Naan Triangles with Baba Ghanouj

Ingredients

  •   227g Summer Fresh Baba Ghanouj
  •   2 pieces of naan brea
  • 2 oz feta, crumbled
  •   1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped

Directions

  1. Spread Baba Ghanou on one side of each piece of naan bread. Sprinkle crumbled feta and cilantro on each piece.
  2. Place to pieces of naan together to form a closed sandwich. Cook on grill or BBQ for about 2-3 minutes per side until cheese becomes soft.
  3. Remove from grill and let cool for 2 – 3 minutes. Cut naan sandwich with a pizza cutter or knife into triangles like pizza.

Serves 2. Enjoy!
