Ingredients
- 227g Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Dip
- 227g Summer Fresh Artichoke & Asiago Dip
- 227g Summer Fresh Tzatziki
- 227g Summer Fresh Original Hummus
- 3 Tbsp Vegetable or Olive Oil
- 2 Zucchinis (Green and Yellow)
- 1 bunch of Asparagus
- 1 head of Cauliflower
- 1 head of Broccoli
- 3 large Carrots
- 454 g Green Beans
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
- Wash all vegetables. Cut zucchini and carrots into sticks. Break cauliflower and broccoli heads in to florets.
- Toss all vegetables in olive oil or vegetable oil, and salt & pepper to taste. Grill on a medium-hot BBQ just until slightly cooked with grill marks, about 4-5 minutes, turning throughout.
- Transfer to different vessels or arrange on a platter and serve with bowls of Summer Fresh Hummus & Dips for dipping.
