Ingredients
- 1 x 227g / 8oz Summer Fresh Bruschetta
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2-4 tsp / 10-20 mL fresh lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cut avocados in half and remove the seeds. Scoop avocado out of skin and mash in a medium bowl.
- Add 4 Tbsp Summer Fresh Bruschetta, lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.
- Serve in a fun dish with colourful tortilla chips for dipping!
