Ingredients

1 x 227g (8 oz) Summer Fresh Roasted Garlic Hummus
2 x 5oz Filet mignon, cut into 2” pieces
1 Tbsp Vegetable or olive oil
1 Package frozen puff pastry
1 egg
Salt & Pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp Sesame seeds

Directions

1. Season filet mignon with salt & pepper to taste. In a frying pan on high heat, sear all sides of the beef in oil about 2-3 minutes. Transfer beef to plate and allow to cool to room temperature.

2. Cut frozen pastry sheets into 4” squares. Coat beef in Summer Fresh Roasted Garlic Hummus. Place one piece on to the center of each pastry square. Wrap up each piece of filet mignon and pastry into a bundle and seal using egg wash. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to taste.

3. Bake in a 400°F (205°C) oven for about 14 minutes for medium done. Remove from oven and serve warm.
