Ingredients

1 x 227g (8 oz) Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Dip
1/4 Cup Ground sausage meat, cooked
1 Cup Bread stuffing, cooked
Salt & Pepper, to taste

Directions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Dip, sausage, and stuffing. Season with salt & pepper to taste.

2. Form mixture into small 2” diametre balls and place on baking sheet.

3. Bake in a 350°F (180°C) oven about 10 – 12 minutes, or until golden brown.

4. Remove from oven and serve warm with toothpicks and extra dip for dipping.

ENJOY! Makes about 12 balls.
