Ingredients
- 227g Summer Fresh Spicy Hummus
- 227g Summer Fresh Original Hummus
- 227g Summer Fresh Baba Ghanouj
- 227g Summer Fresh Bruschetta
- Toasted Pita Bread
- Kalamata Olives
- Marinated Feta Cheese
- Halloumi Cheese, sliced and grilled
- 1 bunch asparagus, blanched
- 1 jar, marinated Artichoke hearts
- Mini Cucumbers
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Endive Spears
- 1 cup mini bocconcini cheese
- 6 figs, halved
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1 bunch, grapes washed
- 1 tablespoon crushed chili flakes
Directions
- Drizzle pita bread and halloumi with olive oil and toast on medium heat BBQ for 3-5 minutes. Take off grill, and set aside
- Mix bocconcini and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and crushed chili flaked and set aside
- Arrange all the ingredients on a large serving platter and enjoy
