While the pasta cooks, chop your veggies for the salad
Place pasta in a large bowl. Stir in red onion, kalamata olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, and fennel. Add 1/2 container Summer Fresh Tzatziki and toss to coat, add more Tzatziki until desired taste. Top with feta cheese and dill and refrigerate until ready to serve.
