Here are 6 tips help you create a delicious crudité platter for Easter Entertaining:
- Always use Veggies that are in season. Look for vibrant and rich colours to decorate your board
- If you’re using vegetables like asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, string beans, blanch them first to help bring out the colour and make them more enjoyable to eat
- Include at least 5-7 different veggies for visual impact
- Use lettuce such as endive and radicchio to help fill in any gaps
- Have a variety of hummus and dips for your guests to choose from
