The main thing to keep in mind when creating your own bowl is choosing healthy fats, nutrient dense veggies, and quality proteins to make a filling meal. This bowl is loaded with delicious and filling veggies, our new Snack’n Go Five Bean Salad and topped with our creamy Roasted Red Pepper Hummus as a substitute to a salad dressing.
In a big serving bowl, layer the baby kale at the bottom of the bowl. Top with red cabbage, avocado, crumbled feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and Snack’n Go Five Bean Salad. Arrange them neatly in segments and leave the center of the salad empty. Place a 1/3 cup of SF Roasted Red Pepper Hummus and enjoy!
