Ingredients
1/2 Cup Chedder
1/2 cup Mozzarella
1 Summer Fresh Artichoke & Asiago Dip
5 oz Grilled Chicken Breast

- Preheat grill to medium heat. In a bowl, mix diced grilled chicken with Summer Fresh Artichoke & Asiago, & spread into a 6″ cast iron skillet & place on grill with the lid closed for 3 mins.
- Open the lid of grill & sprinkle both cheesees on top of dip & cook for another 2 mins until cheese is melted & the dip is at a temperature of 150° F.
- Enjoy the warmed dip with pita and toritlla chips, or any other choice of cracker or bread.
