  1. Always use Veggies that are in season. Look for vibrant and rich colours to decorate your board
  2. If you’re using vegetables like asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, string beans, blanch them first to help bring out the colour and make them more enjoyable to eat
  3. Include at least 5-7 different veggies for visual impact
  4.  Use lettuce such as endive and radicchio to help fill in any gaps
  5. Have a variety of hummus and dips for your guests to choose from
