Baba Ghanouj Dunkers
- 227g container of Summer Fresh Baba Ghanouj Dip
- 3 mini cucumbers
- 3 carrots
- 1 yellow and orange pepper
- 1 celery stocks
- 6-8 shot glasses
With a kid-friendly nylon knife help your child to slice all veggies into bit size pieces and place in a bowl. Place 2-3 table spoons of Summer Fresh Baba Ghanouj in each shot glass and have the kids place different vegetables in each glass until full. Enjoy!
Artichoke & Asiago and Bruschetta Pizza
- 227g container of Summer Fresh Artichoke and Asiago Dip
- 227g container of Summer Fresh Bruschetta Dip
- 1 pack pita
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup mozzarella
Cut pita into small triangles and top with Summer Fresh Artichoke and Asiago Dip. Place fresh spinach onto each triangle cut pita and top with Summer Fresh Bruschetta, place on baking sheet and top with fresh mozzarella. Place in oven 375F oven until cheese has melted. Enjoy!
Hummus Bean Crunchies
- 227g container of Summer Fresh Original Hummus
- 1 package of lightly salted crackers
- 2 cups of green beans
In a medium saucepan, boil water and cook beans until tender but crisp. Drain and chill in ice cold water. Crush crackers into fine crumbs. Coat blanched beans with Summer Fresh Hummus and roll beans in cracker crumbs and place into serving cones. Enjoy!
