Every bite is full of bright flavour, and you still get that classic thin crust crunch.

227g | Summer Fresh Roasted Garlic Hummus |
227g | Summer Fresh Bruschetta |
1/2 Cup | Roasted Yellow peppers chopped |
1/4 Cup | Mozzarella shredded |
1/4 Cup | Feta crumbled |
1/2 Cup | Red onion grilled julienne |
1/2 Cup | Arugula |
Directions:
1. Place salmon cubes, green pepper, shrimp and cherry tomato into mixing bowl. Add the olive, minced garlic, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste and mix until well coated.
2. Place shrimp on skewer then green pepper, then salmon cube, then shrimp and finally cherry tomato. Repeat until all skewers are prepared
3. Placed skewers on medium high grill and gill on each sided turning every 3 min until shrimp and fish are cooked (6-8) or until fish reaches 70°C (158°F)
4. Remove skewers to serving tray finish with other half of lemon and serve on a bed of Greek Pasta Feta and SF Tatziki for dipping
