Ingredients
- 1 Summer Fresh 3 Grain Sesame Ginger Salad
- 1 Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Dip
- 1 lb firm tofu (cubed) cooked to your liking
- 1 cup Carrots (shredded)
- 1 cup Cucumber (cubed)
Directions
PREPARING YOUR TOFU
- Press tofu with weights for 30 minutes. Coat in seasoned cornstarch, egg wash, and panko. Fry in hot oil for 2 minutes per side until golden. Drain on paper towels, sprinkle with sea salt, and serve.
BUILD YOUR BOWL
- Assemble the bowl by placing the Summer Fresh 3 Grain Sesame Ginger Salad as the base, place a handful of each: cucumbers, & carrots on top of the salad.
- Top with the crispy tofu and a dollop of Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Dip & enjoy.
