Ingredients
- 1 x 227g / 8oz Summer Fresh Artichoke & Asiago Dip
- 1 large piece of Naan Bread
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced into rings
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 garlic clove, smashed
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 8 figs, quartered
- ½ cup of arugula
Directions
- Spread 2 Tbsp of Summer Fresh Artichoke & Asiago Dip on one side of the naan. Top with mozzarella cheese, Gorgonzola cheese, and garlic, onion, and figs to taste.
- Bake in a 350°F (177°C) oven about 10 mins, or until cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown.
- Remove from oven and finish with arugula, a drizzle of olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
