Ingredients
- Summer Fresh Artichoke & Asiago Dip Artichoke & Asiago Dip
- Summer FreshSpinach Dip
- Stuffing or Button mushrooms 12 medium sized
- Cream cheese 227g brick or container
- Breadcrumbs 1/4 cup
- Slider Buns 12 slider buns
Directions
- In a bowl combine cream cheese, 1 cup of SF Artichoke & Asiago Dip, & breadcrumbs.
- Remove mushroom stems & use a spoon to remove the gills and fill the mushrooms with mixture.
- Over med-high heat, grill the mushrooms with the lid closed for about 10 mins, the dip should start looking golden brown. Toast slider buns.
- Spread bottom & tops buns with SF Artichoke & Asiago Dip & add one mushroom to each bun.
