Ingredients

  • 227g Summer Fresh Avocado Hummus
  • 1 loaf egg bread, sliced (12 slices)
  • 4oz brie, sliced (min 12 slices)
  • 2 small tomato, sliced
  • 1 head of Boston Lettuce
  • 6 toothpicks

Directions

  • Spread 1 tsp of Summer Fresh Avocado Hummus on one side of each slice of bread. Layer with a slice of brie, tomato, and lettuce.
  • Use toothpicks to hold together each sandwich
