Ingredients
227g Summer Fresh Bruschetta
8 ounces pasta shells (or other similar pasta)
1 cup chopped basil
½ cup chopped black olives
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon reduced balsamic vinegar
Directions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the shells and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until they are al dente. Drain then add the pasta to a large bowl.
2. Add the Summer Fresh Bruschetta, basil, olives, parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix well. Drizzle the reduced balsamic vinegar over the top and briefly mix once more.
