Ingredients

  • 227g Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Dip
  • 227g Summer Fresh Artichoke & Asiago Dip
  • 227g Summer Fresh Tzatziki
  • 227g Summer Fresh Original Hummus
  • 3 Tbsp Vegetable or Olive Oil
  • 2 Zucchinis (Green and Yellow)
  • 1 bunch of Asparagus
  • 1 head of Cauliflower
  • 1 head of Broccoli
  • 3 large Carrots
  • 454 g Green Beans
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Wash all vegetables. Cut zucchini and carrots into sticks. Break cauliflower and broccoli heads in to florets.
  2. Toss all vegetables in olive oil or vegetable oil, and salt & pepper to taste. Grill on a medium-hot BBQ just until slightly cooked with grill marks, about 4-5 minutes, turning throughout.
  3. Transfer to different vessels or arrange on a platter and serve with bowls of Summer Fresh Hummus & Dips for dipping.
