Ingredients

Avocado Hummus
Original Hummus
Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
Sweet Potato Hummus
1/2 cup, Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1 Egg, hard-boiled
1 small red onion, sliced
1/2 cup Cucumber, sliced
1/2 Avocado, cubed
6oz, Smoked Salmon
1/2 cup, Mushrooms, sliced and roasted
4 slices, favourite bread, toasted

Directions

  1. Toast bread, spread Roasted Red Pepper Hummus evenly on bread. Slice Cucumbers and cube 1/2 avocado and place on bread.
  2. Toast bread, spread Original Hummus evenly on bread. Top with hard-boiled egg, halved cherry tomatoes and fresh basil and salt & pepper, to taste.
  3. Toast bread, spread Avocado Hummus evenly on bread. Top with sliced onion and smoked salmon and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Toast bread, spread Sweet Potato Hummus evenly on bread. Top with roasted mushrooms.
