Ingredients
1 x 227g (8 oz) Summer Fresh Spinach Dip
12 Slices Marcangelo Prosciutto
2 Cups Arugula
¼ Cup Goat Cheese
¼ Cup Pomegranate seeds
Directions
1. Lay out slices of Marcangelo Prosciutto on a cutting board. Spoon 1 Tsp of Summer Fresh Spinach Dip on to each prosciutto slice.
2. Place a small bunch of arugula, and 1 Tsp of goat cheese onto each slice of prosciutto and sprinkle with 1 Tsp of pomegranate seeds.
3. Roll each slice of prosciutto tightly. Serve on a natural wood board with an extra sprinkling of pomegranate seeds for decoration.
