Ingredients
- 227g Summer Fresh Artichoke & Asiago Dip
- 1 package of Naan Bread
- 3 tbsp. cooked Bacon, crumbled
- 3 tbsp. caramelized Onions
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Jalapeno Peppers, sliced
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
- Place three pieces of naan bread on a baking sheet, and spread 1 tbsp of Summer Fresh Artichoke & Asiago Dip on each. Top with equal amounts of crumbled bacon, caramelized onions, and jalapeno peppers.
- Finish each naan pizza with mozzarella cheese and transfer from baking sheet to a medium-high BBQ grill. Cook with lid closed for about 3 minutes, then lift the lid and allow to cook an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and serve cut in long wedges. Provide extra Artichoke & Asiago Dip for dipping.
