Ingredients

  • 227g Summer Fresh Spicy Hummus
  • 227g Summer Fresh Original Hummus
  • 227g Summer Fresh Baba Ghanouj
  • 227g Summer Fresh Bruschetta 
  • Toasted Pita Bread
  • Kalamata Olives
  • Marinated Feta Cheese
  • Halloumi Cheese, sliced and grilled
  • 1 bunch asparagus, blanched
  • 1 jar, marinated Artichoke hearts
  • Mini Cucumbers
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Endive Spears
  • 1 cup mini bocconcini cheese
  • 6 figs, halved
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1 bunch, grapes washed
  • 1 tablespoon crushed chili flakes

Directions

  1. Drizzle pita bread and halloumi with olive oil and toast on medium heat BBQ for 3-5 minutes. Take off grill, and set aside
  2. Mix bocconcini and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and crushed chili flaked and set aside
  3. Arrange all the ingredients on a large serving platter and enjoy
