In a large re-seable bag coat the ribs in 1 cup of SF Apple Cider Tahini Dressing. Marinate for 2-4 hours or overnight. Remove from bag and place ribs on a tin foil and fold into pouch .
Over indirect medium low heat cook ribs on bbq with closed lid for 2 hours (check in oftern). Open the top of the foil and turn the heat up to medium high and continue cooking the ribs with the lid closed for another 15 minutes.
In a bowl combine remaining SF Apple Cider Tahini dressing with brown sugar and black pepper.
