Artichoke & Asiago Fig Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 x 227g / 8oz Summer Fresh Artichoke & Asiago Dip
  • 1 large piece of Naan Bread
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced into rings
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 garlic clove, smashed
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 8 figs, quartered
  • ½ cup of arugula

Directions

  1. Spread 2 Tbsp of Summer Fresh Artichoke & Asiago Dip on one side of the naan. Top with mozzarella cheese, Gorgonzola cheese, and garlic, onion, and figs to taste.
  2. Bake in a 350°F (177°C) oven about 10 mins, or until cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown.
  3. Remove from oven and finish with arugula, a drizzle of olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
