Artichoke & Asiago Mushroom Sliders

Ingredients

  • Summer Fresh Artichoke & Asiago Dip Artichoke & Asiago Dip
  • Summer FreshSpinach Dip
  • Stuffing or Button mushrooms 12 medium sized
  • Cream cheese 227g brick or container
  • Breadcrumbs 1/4 cup
  • Slider Buns 12 slider buns

Directions

  1. In a bowl combine cream cheese, 1 cup of SF Artichoke & Asiago Dip, & breadcrumbs.
  2. Remove mushroom stems & use a spoon to remove the gills and fill the mushrooms with mixture.
  3. Over med-high heat, grill the mushrooms with the lid closed for about 10 mins, the dip should start looking golden brown. Toast slider buns.
  4. Spread bottom & tops buns with SF Artichoke & Asiago Dip & add one mushroom to each bun.
