Ingredients
- 227g Summer Fresh Avocado Hummus
- 1 loaf egg bread, sliced (12 slices)
- 4oz brie, sliced (min 12 slices)
- 2 small tomato, sliced
- 1 head of Boston Lettuce
- 6 toothpicks
Directions
- Spread 1 tsp of Summer Fresh Avocado Hummus on one side of each slice of bread. Layer with a slice of brie, tomato, and lettuce.
- Use toothpicks to hold together each sandwich
