Ingredients
- Summer Fresh Avocado Hummus 227g container ALT-SF
- Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Hummus 227g
- Challah bread 1 loaf
- Bacon cooked 12 slices
- Kimchi 1 cup
- Grilled chicken breast 4 oz breast, diced
Directions
- Preheat grill, season chicken breast with some salt & pepper and cook on grill. Slice the challah bread into 12 thick slices & grill them on both sides.
- To make a double-decker club: arrange 3 challah bread slices and spread Summer Fresh Avocado Hummus over 1 side of 2 bread slices, spread on both sides of the 3rd slice. One the first slice, layer in kimchi on top of the hummus, then add grilled chicken. Place the challah slice that hummus on both sides and place on top of grilled chicken. Place 2 slices bacon over the middle challah slice and layer in some more kimchi. Cover with the third challah slice, hummus side-down.
