Ingredients
- 227g Summer Fresh Barbecue Hummus
- 2 lbs of pre-cut chicken strips
- 1 bag of kettle cooked potato chips
- 2 cups of flour
- ¼ cup of water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Put kettle chips in a freezer bag and smash chips with rolling pin or mallet. Place 2 cups of flour in a separate bowl.
- Mix entire container of Summer Fresh Barbecue Hummus with 1/4 cup of water until well incorporated and has the consistency of a batter and set aside.
- Coat each chicken strip in flour. Dip the flour-coated strips into the Summer Fresh Barbecue Hummus mixture, then roll them in the chip crumbs.
- Arrange the coasted chicken strips on a baking tray lined with baking paper that has been prepared with non-stick cooking spray. Cook in oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
