Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
Summer Fresh Roasted Garlic Hummus
Summer Fresh Tzatziki
1 bag of Sweet Mini Peppers
1 bunch basil
Olive Oil
Sea Salt, to taste
Directions
Slice off the tops of the peppers, cut in half and remove the seeds inside with either a knife or your finger. Toss in olive oil and grill on hot BBQ for 2-3 minutes per side until lightly charred and the peppers have softened. Take Summer Fresh Hummus and spoon into peppers, drizzle with a touch of olive oil, sea salt, fresh basil and enjoy!
