Ingredients

  • 227g Summer Fresh Avocado Hummus
  • 227g Summer FreshSweet Potato Hummus
  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup Pine nuts, toasted
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • Olive Oil

Directions

1. In a large bowl, fill one side with Summer Fresh Avocado Hummus and the other side with Summer Fresh Sweet Potato Hummus.

2. Use the back of a spoon to smooth out the hummus and create a small indentation for the toppings.

3. Drizzle hummus with some olive oil and top with toasted pine nuts, pomegranate, pumpkin seeds and chopped parsley.

4. Place hummus in the center of your charcuterie board and surround the bowl with your favourite colourful veggies, breads and crackers.
