Ingredients
Avocado Hummus
Original Hummus
Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
Sweet Potato Hummus
1/2 cup, Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1 Egg, hard-boiled
1 small red onion, sliced
1/2 cup Cucumber, sliced
1/2 Avocado, cubed
6oz, Smoked Salmon
1/2 cup, Mushrooms, sliced and roasted
4 slices, favourite bread, toasted
Directions
- Toast bread, spread Roasted Red Pepper Hummus evenly on bread. Slice Cucumbers and cube 1/2 avocado and place on bread.
- Toast bread, spread Original Hummus evenly on bread. Top with hard-boiled egg, halved cherry tomatoes and fresh basil and salt & pepper, to taste.
- Toast bread, spread Avocado Hummus evenly on bread. Top with sliced onion and smoked salmon and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Toast bread, spread Sweet Potato Hummus evenly on bread. Top with roasted mushrooms.
