Ingredients
- 227g Summer Fresh Roasted Garlic Hummus
- 2-3 large pieces of naan
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 1/4 cup sliced, Sundried Tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups fresh Spinach, chopped
- 1/3 cup Mozzarella, shredded
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a small pan, add spinach and sauté for 2-3 minutes, or until wilted.
3. Place naan bread on a lined baking sheet. Spread Summer Fresh Roasted Garlic Hummus over naan, top with pesto, sundried tomatoes, spinach and mozzarella
4. Bake pizza for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cheese has melted
5. Take out of oven, cut into appetizer size pieces and serve warm.
