Ingredients

  • 1 x 283g (10 oz) Summer Fresh Spicy Chili Pepper Hummus
    1 can Refrigerated biscuit dough
    1/3 Cup Cream cheese, softened
    4 Tbsp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
    3 Tbsp Butter, melted
    1 Tbsp Fresh chives, chopped
    1 Tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
    Salt & Pepper, to taste

Directions

1. In a large mixing bowl combine Summer Fresh Spicy Chili Pepper Hummus, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chives, and salt & pepper to taste.

2. Cut uncooked biscuits in half, and stretch out each one on a sheet of baking paper. Onto each biscuit half place an equal amount of Hummus & cheese mixture. Wrap biscuit dough around mixture and seal edges. Roll each one into a ball.

3. Place biscuit balls on a baking sheet and brush each one with melted butter. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley. Bake in a 375°F (190°C) oven for about 15-20 minutes,until golden brown. Remove and serve warm on a platter or in a deep bowl.
