Ingredients
- 300g Summer Fresh Pad Thai Salad Bowl
- 2 cups Nappa cabbage, sliced
- 10 rice paper circles
- 20 sprigs of coriander
Directions
- In a large bowl mix the Summer Fresh Pad Thai Salad and the nappa cabbage.
- Soak each piece of rice paper one at a time in cold water, and lay gently on towel to dry of excess water.
- Place a cup of noodle mixture and 2 sprigs of coriander on to a piece of rice paper, and roll. Repeat with remaining noodles and rice paper.
- Cut each roll in to 2″ pieces. Serve with Ponzu sauce or Soy sauce.
Makes about 18 – 24 pieces. Enjoy!
