Ingredients

1 x 227 g Summer Fresh Artichoke & Asiago
3 lbs Heirloom Tomatoes
Fresh Basil
Shaved Parmesan
Cracked Black Pepper
Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Begin by quartering the tomatoes & placing them in a bowl. Coat with olive oil & grill them on high heat until you achieve grill marks.
  2. Toss the tomatoes with basil. Spread a container of Summer Fresh Artichoke & Asiago on a plate, place the tomatoes on the Summer Fresh Artichoke & Asiago, &
    garnish with parmesan & cracked pepper. Serve with grilled pita wedges or your favourite bread or crackers.
