Ingredients
- 227g Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Dip
- 1 tbsp Butter or Margarine
- 4 Sliced bread of your choice
- 4 Slices of cheddar cheese
Directions
- Spread butter onto the four slices of bread, one side only.
- Flip slices over and spread evenly the roasted red pepper dip.
- Divide the cheddar – two slices for each sandwich.
- Place sandwiches in a medium-high heat non-stick pan, and fry for two minutes on each side, until sandwich is golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove, let cool, and cut the sandwich into triangles. Serve with remaining roasted red pepper dip.
