Ingredients

  • 227g Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Dip
  •   1 tbsp Butter or Margarine
  •   4 Sliced bread of your choice
  •   4 Slices of cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Spread butter onto the four slices of bread, one side only.
  2. Flip slices over and spread evenly the roasted red pepper dip.
  3. Divide the cheddar – two slices for each sandwich.
  4. Place sandwiches in a medium-high heat non-stick pan, and fry for two minutes on each side, until sandwich is golden brown and cheese is melted.
  5. Remove, let cool, and cut the sandwich into triangles. Serve with remaining roasted red pepper dip.
