Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Dip
- 2 tubes of refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
- 1/3 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 400°
- Unroll crescent dough into two long rectangles; seal seams
- Spread each with Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Dip and top with chopped red peppers, spinach and Parmesan cheese. Roll each up starting with a short side. With a sharp knife, cut each roll into 8-10 slices.
- Place cut side down on ungreased baking sheets and bake until golden brown, 7-10 minutes depending on your oven.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese Serve warm with extra Roasted Red Pepper Dip and enjoy!
