Roasted Red Pepper Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Dip
  • 2 tubes of refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
  • 1/3 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 400°
  • Unroll crescent dough into two long rectangles; seal seams
  • Spread each with Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Dip and top with chopped red peppers, spinach and Parmesan cheese.  Roll each up starting with a short side. With a sharp knife, cut each roll into 8-10 slices.
  • Place cut side down on ungreased baking sheets and bake  until golden brown, 7-10 minutes depending on your oven.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese Serve warm with extra Roasted Red Pepper Dip and enjoy!
