Ingredients
- 283g Summer Fresh Spicy Topped Hummus
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
- 6 Slices Monterrey Jack Cheese
- 6 Avocados, Sliced
- 1/4 cup Jalapeno, chopped
- 1/4 cup Corn Niblets, cooked
- 1/4 cup Red Pepper, diced
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together egg, salt and pepper. Add ground beef, bread crumbs, and half container of Summer Fresh Spicy Topped Hummus into the mixture. With hands or a fork, mix until well blended. form into four burgers about 3/4 inch thick.
2. Grill burgers until cooked through and serve on slighted toasted hamburger buns. Smother the top of each burger with 1 tbsp. of additional Spicy Topped Hummus and slices of Monterrey Jack Cheese.
3. Garnish each burger with freshly slices avocado, chopped jalapeno, grilled corn niblets and diced red pepper.
