Ingredients
227g Summer Fresh Spinach Dip
10 oz. package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1/4 cup sour cream
2 cups of Italian cheese blend
12 wonton wrappers
Cooking spray
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.Spray a standard muffin tray with cooking spray & arrange the wonton wrappers in the 12-cup muffin pan. Spray the wonton wrappers lightly with more cooking spray.
3.Bake wonton cups for 6 minutes then remove them from the oven. Set aside.
4.Take the thawed spinach and squeeze out any excess water. Place the spinach in a medium bowl. Add Summer Fresh Spinach Dip, sour cream, and mix well.
5.Add half the cheese and salt & pepper to taste.
6.Divide the spinach mixture evenly among the wonton cups and top it with cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the spinach mixture is warm and the wonton cups & mozzarella are golden brown.
