Ingredients
Summer Fresh® Roasted Red Pepper Dip 227 g
Assorted Mini Peppers 1 bag
Ricotta Cheese 250 g
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Bread crumbs 3 tbsp
Directions
- Slice peppers in half lengthwise leaving the stem on. Remove all seeds from the peppers.
- Combine ricotta and Summer Fresh® Roasted Red Pepper Dip together, then stuff each pepper half evenly with filling. Mix the bread crumbs and dried parsley together and sprinkle on top of each pepper, bake at 350° for 10 mins, then broil on high for 3 mins.
