Ingredients
- 227g Summer Fresh Baba Ghanouj
- 3 large carrots
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable or Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper, to taste

Directions
- Clean and peel carrots. Cut carrots and sweet potatoes into french fry sticks.
- Place carrot and sweet potato sticks in a large resealable bowl. Add oil and salt & pepper. Cover and toss until well seasoned.
- Cook in BBQ basket over a medium-hot grill for 12-15 minutes (until fork tender). Remove and serve on a platter drizzled with Summer Fresh Baba Ghanouj. Provide more Baba Ghanouj in small bowls for dipping
