Ingredients
- 4 sweet potatoes, cooked
- 227g Five Cheese Dip
- 2 green onions, chopped
Directions
- Cut each sweet potato in half lengthwise and scoop out half the inside. Set aside in a small bowl, leaving a round center.
- In a bowl mix ½ pkg of Summer Fresh 5 Cheese Dip, ¾ of the chopped green onions, and sweet potato that was scooped out in step 1. Place even amounts of mixture in the center of each sweet potato.
- Bake at 350°F (180ºC) for 5-8 minutes (or BBQ for 6-8 minutes), or until cheese has melted and potato is warm. Remove and garnish with remaining green onions.
- Serve with the remaining dip in a side bowl for dipping.
