Ingredients

  • 1 x 227g / 8oz Summer Fresh Bruschetta
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2-4 tsp / 10-20 mL fresh lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cut avocados in half and remove the seeds. Scoop avocado out of skin and mash in a medium bowl.
  2. Add 4 Tbsp Summer Fresh Bruschetta, lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.
  3. Serve in a fun dish with colourful tortilla chips for dipping!
