Ingredients

  • 454g Summer Fresh Tzatziki
  • 453g Totini pasta
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 cup kalamata olives
  • 2 seedless cucumbers peeled and diced
  • 1 pint grape or cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 ½ cups crumbled feta cheese
  • Fennel (Shaved)
  • 2 Tablespoon Dill
  • Lemon Zest

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Rinse with cold water, drain, and cool
  2. While the pasta cooks, chop your veggies for the salad
  3. Place pasta in a large bowl. Stir in red onion, kalamata olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, and fennel. Add 1/2 container Summer Fresh Tzatziki and toss to coat, add more Tzatziki until desired taste. Top with feta cheese and dill and refrigerate until ready to serve.
